Our Origin
Business School of Excellence (Pty) Ltd (BSE) was established in 2007 as a privately owned Namibian training and consultancy company with the aim of up-skilling Namibians and assisting Namibian companies in development of their staff.
BSE forms part of Open Learning Holdings (OLH) group of companies that includes companies that specialise in providing solutions for the education, development and training sectors.
Our Core Valued & Beliefs
Why we exist and what we are aiming for in the future, is rooted in what we believe in and value. In terms of our core beliefs, we believe that the stability, progress and prosperity of Namibia depends on her people sharing equitably and responsibly in her riches and progress. Our belief is that Namibians possess the necessary inherent potential to overcome all challenges and to achieve our stated future as embodied by Vision 2030 if this potential is vigorously and responsibly unlocked and shaped. Namibians who act responsibly, professionally and competently will not only increase their own prosperity but also create opportunities for others to share. Our values are based on our appreciation of being Namibians serving Namibia and her people.
